When will my order Ship?

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. What is your Exchange Policy?

At Sweet Myla, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, we’re here to help make the process as smooth as possible.

Exchange Policy:

  • Personalized and Custom Orders: These items are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.
  • All Other Products: If you’d like to exchange a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Request an Exchange:

  2. Exchange Instructions: We’ll provide you with instructions on how to return the original item and select your preferred replacement.

Conditions for Exchanges:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange.
  • Shipping costs for returning the original item are the customer’s responsibility. We will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement item.

Processing Time:
Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
