We carefully prepare every Sweet Myla order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. Below you’ll find our processing times, shipping rates and delivery information.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day..
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Standard shipping is $7 for orders within the United States. Complimentary shipping is available on U.S. orders of $120 or more.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
• Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days
• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–4 business days
• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days
Delivery estimates begin after processing and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur during holidays, severe weather or carrier disruptions.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier’s tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at SweetMylaCandles@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of any damage. We’ll review the issue and help determine the appropriate next steps.
