Personalized & Custom Orders
Due to the made-to-order nature of personalized and custom items, these products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
All Other Products
We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Eligible items may be refunded, exchanged, or issued store credit.
We are unable to accept returns on:

Sale items, gift cards, limited edition or collaboration products

Replacements are available for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
